Description

Construction of a new Postal Facility, Leesburg, GA located on the corner of Robert B. Lee Drive and Park Street extension. The building will contain approximately 11,500 sq ft situated on a three acre corner site (330?x 425?). The building type includes concrete slab on grade, wood framing with brick veneer exterior and wood truss roof system. The parking lot-circulation area pavement is to be concrete and includes 70 parking spaces total, a dock apron and two access drives. The work includes, but is not limited to, steel frame construction, concrete, masonry, carpentry, modified bitumen roofing, insulation, hollow metal doors, metal studs, gyp board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, vinyl composition tile flooring, carpet, painting, store fixtures, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, utilities and other work associated with postal facilities.
