- Description
- The National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS/BPH) of the Library of Congress has a requirement for systems analysis, programming support and user support. The purpose of the requirement is to continue, modify and extend the operation of its Reader Enrollment and Delivery System (READS), by developing and maintaining the READS software. READS operates under Windows, 95 through 2000, using the MS SQL Server for its database, and is located in approximately 60 libraries in the United States and Canada. The contractor shall utilize a telephone hotline for staff in READS’ Libraries. The contractor shall keep the Library abreast of all READS’ matters and identify options and solutions. The solicitation will be published within the next 24 hours. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-FEB-2005).
