Description

FAIRBANK TOWNSHIP WATER SYSTEM UPGRADE: The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies and materials to construct improvements to a water system. Work is located in Cochise County, AZ. This requirement is 100% HUBZone set-aside. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The anticipated period of performane is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price. Payment and Performance Bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about July 5, 2005. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration webiste at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-JUN-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
