Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract, to Northrop Grumman Corporation, 4010 Sorrento Valley Blvd., San Diego, CA 92121-1498. The contract is for the Link-16 Real Time Data Processing Program and is expected to be a firm fixed price contract of one year (19 Sept 2005 ? 18 Sept 2006). This acquisition shall acquire materials to enhance the Air Force Flight Test Center?s capability to test and evaluate aircraft equipped with tactical data link systems. Under this project the existing ground systems used to interact with aircraft under test will be enhanced. The Contractor will be providing the supplies and technical expertise to complete the task listed above. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. Any interested parties believing they can meet all the requirements, may submit a statement of capabilities. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government technical representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotations. However, to be considered in this sources sought, please provide information regarding performance in recent and relevant contracts, commercial or government, with points of contacts for each.
