- INDUSTRY EXCHANGE NOTICE: Sponsored by the Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center, Logistics Support Squadron, Defense Meteorological Satellite Program, Peterson AFB, Colorado Springs, CO is hosting its first formal review of the Statement of Work (SOW) and Sections L & M of the RFP for the MARK IVB Follow-On System Sustainment acquisition. This event is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday of June 29th and 30th from 0900 to 1700 (MST) Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. The meeting point will be at the Leadership Development Center, 500 Suffolk Street, Building 910, Room B, Peterson AFB, CO 80914. It is intended to give offerors an opportunity to discuss and review the Statement of Work and Sections L & M of the RFP. Discussions will take place via an anonymous computer submission. Comments will we shared and discussed with all attendees. There is no security classification for this review. All notifications of attendance must be submitted via a Visit Notification and include the following information, for each attendee: Name, Place of Birth, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Date of Visit, Purpose of Visit, and Point of Contact, which will be Capt Beauchamp. Notification must be made, by scanning and e-mail, NLT Friday, 24 Jun 05, to Capt Shawn S. Beauchamp at shawn.beauchamp@cisf.af.mil. This information is also available at https://www.cisf.af.mil/mkivb where among other information you can also find the Draft Statement of Work (SOW). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. Verbal responses will not be accepted. As a final note, visit requests that do not include the above information and signatures will not be accepted.
