Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Unitech Systems, Inc., located at 1240 East Diehl Road, Naperville, IL 60563, to obtain annual software support of the following proprietary service: Audit Control Report (ACR)/Summary. SSA is currently using the Audit Control Report Summary product. Unitech Systems, Inc. is the only known source, which can provide the required service. Under the authority provided in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of this solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government does not intend to pay for information received. All interested parties must respond before the closing date of this notice. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicting your firm?s capability to provide the proprietary software services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to SSA-0341-CS. If after June 28, 2005, no viable responses have been received to this announcement, SSA shall negotiate solely with Unitech Systems, Inc. The size limitation for email attachments is five megabytes per individual email message
