Description

Amendment No. 1 was issued 6/1/05 and Amendment No. 2 was issued 6/21/05. The solicitation and Amendment are available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has a requirement to furnish all necessary qualified personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to provide Janitorial Policing and related services in accordance with the established AOC cleaning standards for the House Wind of the U.S. Capitol Building. The scope of work of this contract shall include approximately 72,175 sq. ft. of cleanable area. Services shall be provided Monday through Friday from the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday from the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The term of contract shall be from September 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with four one-year options. This solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically on or by May 25, 2005.
