- PR: RD051460050000: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1680-99-741-9507 for a Valve Assembly. The sole source and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is Claverham LTD, P/N 57443, Cage K0659. AMSC 3Q. FOB Origin with I/A Origin. Requested Delivery is 246 days ARO. DSCR request best delivery possible. Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. QAP 003. The solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and provisions for four, one year options. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantities of 60 each for the Base Year and 120 each for all Option Years. Configuration Control and Critical Application apply. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. You must fill out a complete solicitation package in order to be evaluated. A letter offer is not acceptable unless you are quoting IAW a BOA. EBB quotations are not acceptable.
