Description

This project is located on the San Bernardino National Forest and consists of the demolition of the existing concrete and asphalt helicopter landing pads and the construction of the concrete helicopter landing pads, asphalt access area, and administration building. The project also calls for the construction of a water line, sewer system, hydrants, retaining walls, airport windsock and pole and other amenities and ancillary items associated with this project. The Government Estimate is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. NAICS 237990. SBA Size Standard $28.5 million. Estimated contract time is 285 calendar days. Estimated start date is September 12, 2005. Contractors must be registered with Central Contractors Registry BEFORE an award can be made. Registration can be done online @http://www.ccr.gov.
