- Description
- The United States Department of Education intends to make a sole source award to FrontRange Solutions for the maintenance renewal agreement on Heat SelfService from June 30, 2005, to July 1, 2006. This solicitation will be awarded in accordance with the authority of 41 U.S.C.(c)(1) only one responsible source. FrontRange Solutions USA Inc. is the only manufacturer and supplier of HEAT Software and related products in the United States and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the maintenance renewal. All information in response to this notice must be submitted to the attention of Wendy Wallace, Contract Specialist, Group A. Responses are due by close of business on the response date. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
