Description

The VA Consolidated Contracting Activity at Palo Alto is soliciting proposals for hemodialysis at the Sacramento VA Medical Center. Contractor shall provide nonpersonal services qualified staffing for performing in-patient hemodialysis, acute and chronic, veno-venous, and other services as described in the statement of work to VA beneficiaries. This effort is for the period November 1, 2005 through October 31, 2006 with two one-year options, which may extend the end date to October 31 2007 or 2008, if options are exercised. These are commercial items services. The following clauses and provisions, plus any addenda apply: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-5. Issue 6/24/2005. Close 7/22/2005. Unrestricted.
