Description

The 5th Contracting Squadron requires removal and replacement of built up roofing, single ply roofing, or shingle roofing to include gutters, downspouts, and flashing that is applicable at various buildings on base and on Missile Alert Facilities at Minot AFB, ND. The work is 100% general. The statement of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Project Solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be made available on or about 11 Jul 2005. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet: The address is http://www.eps.gov./. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain his or her copy from the Internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the Internet to update the files. The North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) Code is: 238160, the small business size standard is $12,000,000 in average annual receipts for the past 3 years. This project will be solicited as full and open to both large and small businesses with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract; based on Performance Price Tradeoff. Terms will be a Base with one option year. FAR Clause 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns is applicable to this solicitation.
