Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel for the purchase of 160 nights through the dates of 21 ? 28 Jun 05. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to The Ritz-Carlton being the only source able to fulfill the requirements of this request. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. NAICS Code is 721110 and small business size standard is $6 million. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52-232-33, 252,212-7000, and 252.212-7001 and provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?
