Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fort Carson is requesting quotation on the following requirements to be located in Vail, Colorado. Facility must offer a large fitness facility, running trail access and dining facilitie s. CLIN 1 Lodging for 20 people on22 SEP 05; CLIN 2 Meals for 20 people on22 SEP 05 consisting of (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner); CLIN 3 Lodging for 110 people on 23 SEP 05; CLIN 04 Meals for 90 people on 23 SEP 05 (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner); CLIN 05 M eals for 20 people on 23 SEP 05; CLIN 06 Lodging for 110 people on 24 SEP 05; CLIN 07 Meals for 110 people on 24 SEP 05(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) ; CLIN 08 Meals for 110 people on 25 SEP 05 (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner); CLIN 09 Internet Cafe to with 5 LAN drops, a room equipped with a phone and LAN link to serve as an emergency operations center, a room equipped with table and chairs to seat 10 people for Administrative work from 22-25 SEP 05; CLIN 10 a General Session Room to seat 180 people classroom style with capability for Audio Visual equipment from 23-25 SEP 05; CLIN 11 10 breakout rooms set up in a U-Shape formation to seat 10 people each on 24 SEP 05; CLIN 12 Automation support , computer equipment and microphone, Lan Drops and phone service fro m 22-25 SEP 05; CLIN 13 Copier Support to include unlimited copies from 22-25 SEP 05; CLIN 14 Audio Visual Support for General Session Room to include Digital projector from 23-25 SEP 05. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with th e Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, wi th the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
