Description

Work includes but is not limited to exterior repair and replacement of concrete throughout Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The work includes, but is not limited to constructing new or removing existing and replacing with new combination curb and gutter, s idewalk, on-grade and above grade steps, flat slabs, pipe handrail, curb inlet, retaining wall, and dumpster pad. The Contracting Officer, as needed, will order incidental repair items separately. All buildings will be occupied. The magnitude of this pr oject is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. The Base Year period is 01 Sep 05 through 31 Aug 06, with four additional options years concluding on 31 Aug 2010. This acquisition is unrestr icted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $12 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238110. IFB is to be issued on or about 06 Jul 05.
