- Description
- Restrictions: Requirement is being solicited pursuant to FAR 19.1405 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside Procedures. Award will be based on low bid. The government intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Priced, Sealed Bid, Environmental Auditing Commercial Services Contract for various locations on Fort Campbell, KY. The proposed contract shall be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Asi de under NAICS CODE 541620, which carries a $6 Million Dollar size standard. The contract shall be a base and three (3) option periods. The government will provide a workstation area at Fort Campbell, KY for one personnel. Examples of the required audi ting are, but are not limited to the following: Air Emissions (AE), Hazardous Materials (HM), Hazardous Waste (HW), Petroleum Oils (PO), Storage Tanks (ST), Water Quality (WQ), Random Audits, etc. The total number of audits may vary plus or minus ten (10) percent. The number of specific sites may vary from time to time. This contract is being issued Subject to Available Funding (SAF) in FY06. The solicitation will be posted on or about 6 July 2005. Solicitation closing date will be 30 days from date of opening. Bid opening shall be scheduled for on or about 7 August 2005, 1:00 P. M. CST. The final dates will be listed on the solicitation. The bid opening shall be at the Directorate of Contracting (DOC) at building 2176, 13-? street, Fort Campbell, KY . The submitting contractor shall be required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Contractors are encouraged to access www.bpn.gov and complete representations and certifications.
