- Awarding to Midwest Research Institute. We believe Midwest Research Institute to be the only in the U.S. who currently has developed methodologies and standard operating procedures for processing evidentiary sample extracts with several agencies wit hin the US government that enable molecular analyses to be performed in the presence of inhibitory environmental contaminants for national security purposes. MRI also has a developed proprietary techniques for agencies within the US government to extract a nd remove inhibitory environmental contaminants from evidentiary material to enable molecular anaylyses to be performed for national purposes. If another company can provide this product for a two phase project in a short turn around time, please respond by email to micaela.bowers1@us.army.mil by close of business by 4:00 p.m. EST 5 July 2005.
