Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, scaffolding and tools necessary for the painting of the historic Mansion and Orangery structures located at Hampton National Historic Site. Contract includes but is not limited to the preparation and painting of all the previosuly painted wood and metal surfaces and includes the cupola, windows, doors, sills, frames, fascia, columns, porches, etc. Estimated magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $250,000. Bidders are required to download the solicitation from http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation and any associated documents will be available beginning July 7, 2005. The North American Standard Industrial Code is 238320. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three fiscal years, not to exceed $12 million. Bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov) and the Online Representations and Certifications database (http://orca.bpn.gov) prior to award of contract.
