The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about Monday, July 11, 2005. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This project consists of the structural stabilization and rehabilitation of the interior of the Old B&M Railroad Depot, Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, MA. Work includes removing inadequate structural members, making repairs to existing structural systems, installing new structural members to provide a structurally stable building, masonry rebuilding, and repairs to the exterior walls as options. Construction performance period is 180 calendar days. Estimated construction range: Between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS code 236220, $28.5 million. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is subject to full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
