- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is soliciting for Laboratory Reagents to support Medical Diagnostic efforts in accordance with specifications to be provided in the solicitation. Reagents will be utilized in support of various Naval Hospitals and clinics throughout Japan and Diego Garcia. These reagents are manufactured by the following: Immucor Gamma, Kimberly Clark, Fisher Scientific, Ortho Clinical Diagnostic, Eppendorf, Strek Laboratories, PDI, Quidel, Hematronix, Chase, PolyMed Company, Pacific Hemostasis, Simmler, Spectral Diagnostic, Ballard Medical, Beckton Dickinson, Bayer Diagnostic, Trinity Biotech, Remel Inc. Biosite Diagnostics, Biomeriux Vitek, Baxter Healthcare, Hardy Diagnostic, Medi-Flex, Wampolo, Beckman Coulter, Andover, Bio Rad, Evergreen Scientific, Diffco, Sigma, Elkay and Kendall Healthcare Products. There will be various quantities. FOB Destination to the following locations: Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Japan, Branch Medical Clinic in Atsugi, Japan and a Branch Medical Clinic in Iwakuni, Japan. A Branch Medical Clinic in Sasebo, Japan and a Health Service Department in Diego Garcia. Items for Diego Garcia that require refrigeration will be shipped to Naval Hospital, Yokosuka marked for Diego Garcia in order to check/maintain temperature requirements. The period of performance will be from 01 October 2005 through 30 September 2006. Written requests may be emailed to joseph.lownik@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS.This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil.
