- This is a Sole Source announcement. No "hard copy" RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to SmartSAT Inc. for the following items: One (1) each - SMARTSAT Satellite Simulator (19" Case), P/n USS101-001, including two-day training for 10 students (P/N: SST-104). 100 watt, 30dB Attenuator & Cable (P/N SS AT-102), Technical Manual (P/N: USS TM-101), Handheld Controller with Cable (P/N: T-834) and Software Package for control of SATSIM (P/N: USS PC-101) are also included. Other required options: Option P2: Laptop Computer for PC Control (includes HP Vee software to run SATSIM software, power cables, RS-232 cables & other accessories) and Option C: DAMA DC Mode CCOW Package (per unit) Direct procurement questions via email to: rhea.feldman@navy.mil. Note 22 applies; however, all responses received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement maybe considered by the government.
