Description

This notice is a synopsis for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the information FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), as a request for Quotation No. FMS-RFQ-50327 ? SSH Secure Shell products to be used in the Department of Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS). This is continuation of a previous procurement under TFMS_HQ-04-C-0253. The purpose of this procurement is to provide maintenance for a continuity of services. The proposed order will be issued to: is Lyme Computer Systems, One Lyme Common, Lyme NH 03768-0290. The pricing breakout is as followings: CLIN 0001: SSH Tectia Client 4.0 (formerly Secure Shell for Workstations) - Premium Maintenance, 15,000 ? licenses, Part Number: 251395; b) SSH Tectia Server for Unix 4.0 (formerly SSH Secure Shell) - Premuim Maintenance, Licenses ? 200, Part Number: 267547; c) SSH Tectia Server for Windows 4.0 (formerly Secure Shell) - Premium Maintenance, Licenses ? 200, Part Number: 267547; Performance Period: 07/01/2005 - 06/30/2006 and CLIN 0002: SSH Techtia 24X7, Emergency Support Maintainenance, Part Number: 265817, Performance Period: 07/01/2005 - 06/30/2006. This order will be renewable with two (2) year options at the determination of the Government, by the Contracting Officer only, when written notice is given sixty (60) days prior to the renewable date. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541513. All qualified business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Agency. A fixed priced award is anticipated. Award will be a delivery order on the vendor?s GSA schedule. Full text clauses and provisions can be downloaded from the Internet site http://www.arnet.gov. This requirement is not restricted to small businesses. The estimated award date is: 5 July 2005.
