Description: The USCG MLCP in Oakland, CA proposes to contract for large area scaN of CGC LIBERY, a 110' patrol boat. All work will be accomplished at the Coast Guard Base in Ketchikan, Ak, during the period of 19 through 23 sept 2005. Contractor will be required to provide a device capable of scanning the exerior hull plate, to reveal any abnormal deterioration of hull plating.
