Description: This is a pre solicitation notice for the following requirement: For a Contractor who shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse collection on Little Rock AFB. The contractor shall perform all operations required to provide pickup, transportation, and delivery of base wide refuse at office buildings, industrial areas, food service areas, child development facilities, medical treatment facility and recreation areas.The base period of performance will be from 1 October 2005 - 30 September 2006, along with 4 option years.
