Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth, Mission Support Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS, is seeking sources with GSA contracts capable of providing the following services: Assess Personnel Recovery (PR) capabilities and train recovery of p ersonnel in support of concept of operations. The contractor will be required to provide direct support to the PR proponent office at Combined Arms Center (CAC) and Fort Leavenworth, KS. PR assessments are required on doctrine, organization, training, ma teriel, leadership, personnel, and facilities. All results will be integrated into Army PR Strategy with implementation into the Aviation Center and professional military education (PME) system. Inspection and certification of facilities, instructors, st aff and curriculum at various locations wil be required along with modified survive, evade, resist, and escape (SERE) training. Serve as the focal point on PR requirements. The period of performance is five months from date of award plus one, one year op tion. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for this project is B599, and NAICS code is 541618. All responses will be considered. Contractor shall provide their GSA contract number, labor categories, and rates for this service.
