- This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is an RFQ and the solicitation number is W15QKN- 05-T-0143. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26. FIELDMETER 2989 During calibration, if any equipment is damaged or broken, contractor is responsible for repairing or replacing such equipment. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be within 30days after award. Actual on-site calibration will be completed 1 week of the 30 days period. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ??? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation- Commercial Items against the information submitted by the offerors in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors relating to the following evaluation factors: (i)Technical Capability to include warranty and training (ii) Price. Award will be made to the offeror that meets technical requirements and represents the lowest price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 ALT 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications ??? Commercial Items, Alternate 1, with its offer.
