Description

Contractor shall provide Maintenance and Service for White System Carousels in place in Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC, for a base period and one 1-year option period. The North American Industry Classification System (NASICS) is 811219, threshold of $6.0. The FSC is J074. A fixed price contract is anticipated. It is now a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with CCR (the website may be accessed on the internet at: www.ccr.gov to reg ister). Upon release to the public, the solicitation as well as amendments will be available via the internet at the ASFI and FedBizOpps website: http://acquisition.army.mil. Contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Point of co ntact for this requirement is Mrs. Anita Adcock, Contract Specialist, 910-907-9303, email address: anita.adcock@na.amedd.army.mil. It is the Government's intent to place a purchase order with White Systems, Inc. 30 Boright Avenue, P O Box 100, Kenilworth, NJ 07033 for Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina for maintenance and service for the White Systems, Inc Carouse l Systems in place at Womack Army Medical Center. The period of performance is 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006 with four (1) one (1) year option period. Responses will be used to determine whether bonafide competition exists
