Description

The USDI Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office is soliciting for offers for the following project: 18 Road Rec Site Improvement Project. The project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct parking and recreation areas, including the following appurtenances: aggregate surfacing, culverts, cable and post barriers, boulders, tables, and grills. Incidental equipment rental with operator is also required. The project is located in Mesa County, Colorado. The project is scheduled to be advertised via this internet web site on or about July 6, 2005. Offers will be accepted via fax at (970)244-3130 or via US mail at USDI, BLM, EFO, 2815 H Road, Grand Junction, CO 81506 or submitted electronically. Offers must be received no later than 8/5/05. This is a total small business set-aside and is estimated below $100,000.00. A payment bond will be required from the successful bidder. Local contact is Michele Derfler (970)244-3175. A prebid site tour is offered on July 15, 2005. Interested parties will meet at the US Post Office at 113 North Park Square in Fruita, CO at 10:00 am.
