Description

The subject combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby reopened to incorporate the following ADDITIONAL ordering data: Item 1) Add: The machine's depth may not exceed 40 inches as the machine will be placed against the outside tool room wall and cannot block the aisle way. The tool vending machine must allow for a clear visual of all products within the machine (i.e. clear window so that all coil/helix stations can be viewed). Item 2) Add: The machine's depth may not exceed 40 inches as the machine will be placed against the outside tool room wall and cannot block the aisle way. The date and time for receipt of offers is hereby re-established as 27 June 2005, 4:30 PM (Local Time). Contractors who have submitted offers prior to this amendment, MUST provide this office with written verification of this amendment and its effect on their original offer with regards to compliance and pricing. CONTRACTOR'S ARE REMINDED THAT ALL OFFERS SUBMITTED MUST INCLUDE SUFFICIENT SPECIFICATION DATA ADEQUATE TO PERFORM A TECHNICAL EVALUATION OF THE ITEMS BEING OFFERED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RENDER AN OFFER AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
