Description: This is a sole source requirement for various subscription services with Moody's Investor's Service. Subscriptions are: Structured Credit Research, Global Credit Research and Credit Trends services. The period of performance is for one base year beginning July 1, 2005. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
