- NAICS Code: 541910 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Transportation and Regional Programs Division (TRPD) in Washington, DC intends to award a Purchase Order to NOP World Automotive of Southfield, MI under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The purpose of this purchase order is to access proprietary research that is generated from NOP World Omnitel(TM) and to purchase the Corporate Environmental Image survey. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541910. NO SOLICITATIONS OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. It has been determined that NOP World Automotive is uniquely qualified to satisfy the Government's requirement as NOP World Automotive has conducted proprietary research that is generated through NOP World OmnitelTM, a shared research platform for weekly telephone surveys on trend comparisons and point-in-time analysis as it relates to consumers and their auto-buying habits and behaviors. Further, NOP World Automotive provides a unique product in their Corporate Environmental Image survey, which measures public attitudes towards the environmental performance of automotive companies in a number of areas including public attitudes towards government information about the environmental performance of individual vehicles. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received by the response date of this announcement may be considered. Responses to posting must be in writing and submitted to Denise Roberson, Contract Specialist at roberson.denise@epa.gov. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
