Description

RFP: HE1254-05-Q-0107 NAICS: 512120 Title: Films for Humanities and Sciences The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Films for Humanities and Sciences of Lawrenceville, NJ for specialized films to support its humanities curriculum in grades 7-12. This action is sought under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 ?only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.? DoDEA has a unique Humanities Curriculum which must be augmented by materials that have been developed by publishers of education materials for American humanities coursework. These films have been compiled by the media company named Films for Humanities and Sciences and offered for sale by that company. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION. However, interested parties may respond to the requirement or submit a proposal by the response date of this notice. Responses received to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining capability to meet DoDEA requirements.
