Description

Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform inspections and preventative maintenance on the Biventricular Support Device w/Console System, model BVS 5000 to correct any equipment malfunctions and ensure the equipment meets the manufacturer?s factory specifications. Equipment is located in Building 300, Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort. Gordon, GA. This will be awarded as a base plus four (4) years contract. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFQ will be advertised as full and open competition with a NAICS code 339112 with a size standard of 500 employees. Interested Offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
