Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B2E15152A100 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-22. This acquisition is restricted 100% to small business 19.1405(b) and is under North American Industry Classification System code 337215, with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a requirement for Weapons racks that will hold 150 (quantity) M4 Cabrines. Weapons racks must take up as little space as possible and be black in color. Weapons racks must have doors that can be closed and opened and securely locked. Preferably racks should hold no less than 10 M4 Cabrines at the same time. Please quote on as many racks you will need to supply in order to hold a total of 150 M4 Cabrines. Award will be made based on price, and suitability of the item for use at the desired location. Quotations may be faxed to (580) 481-5138. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions. FAR clause 52.212-4 (Oct 2003), Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition with the following addendum: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (Nov 2003). The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders?Commercial Items (Jun 2004) and its deviations (Apr 2004) applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference. Paragraph (a and b) of the clause incorporates by reference the following FAR clauses: FAR 52.212-4 is tailored as follows changes in the terms and conditions of this contract may be made only by written agreement of the parties with the exception of administrative changes (such as changes in paying office appropriation data, etc.) that may be changed unilaterally by the Government.
