Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation may be viewed at website https://acquisition.army .mil/asfi/. Under ASFI Business Opportunities, click on Contracting Opportunities Search. 2. On the Solicitation Search page, scroll down on the page until you see a box that reads, Solicitation Number. Type in W91249% in this box to bring up all open solicitations issued by the ACA Ft Gordon Directorate of Contracting. On the Solicitation R esults page, click on the solicitation you are interested in viewing. After clicking, a page will appear with the heading Solicitation View for W91249xxxxxxxx. At the bottom of the page, if the solicitation has been posted manually by the Government, you will click on the Attachments hyperlink. After clicking the Attachments hyperlink, on the next page that appears, under File Name, click on the hyperlink that bears the solicitation number. Clicking on this hyperlink will bring up a RFQ, Form 1449, whic h is the solicitation document that describes the government's requirement. You may print the file, fill in information manually, and fax your quote (or email under conditions described herein) to the buyer by the date shown in block 8. If the solicita tion does not require vendor to provide specs/technical data/illustrations on items offered, email quotes will be accepted. However, if required by the solicitation, email quotes will only be accepted if all required documents are emailed with quote. 3. Check the website daily for possible amendments. Individual notifications of amendments will not be provided by this office. You may also register to utilize the Vendor Notification Service by following the instructions provided on the FedBizOpps (Federal Business Opportunities) website.
