Description

The USDI-Bureau of Reclamation, Klamath Basin Area Office, Klamath Falls, Oregon has a requirement for an Organizational Development Specialist. Please see Request for Quotation 05SQ250052 that will be released on July 1, 2005. DESCRIPTION: Obtain a background knowledge of the Klamath Basin Area Office Conservation Implementation Program, (CIP), plan and participate in a 2 day planning session with Klamath Basin Area Office staff, produce an agenda, a summary of the meeting and a task list with target dates for each task, determine technique for facilitating and guiding the participants at the CIP meeting through the current proposals and arrive at goals and a governance structure for the CIP. Arrange logistics of working session(s), advertise meetings, prepare and provide meeting materials, and facilitate meetings, facilitate a discussion on the CIP governance structure, provide a summary of meetings. Facilitate a discussion on the CIP governance structure among the working session participants. A follow up discussion with Reclamation staff, and a debriefing with the Reclamation staff. The duration of the contract will be one year with the government having the option of extending the contract. The requirement is being procured utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. This award will be a Small Business Set-aside. The estimated award date is July 27, 2005. Prospective bidders must register in the CCR prior to the award of a contract. Website for registration is: www.bpn.gov.
