Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to award a sole source contract to Strategic Financial Solutions for the provision of annual licenses, and electronic access for the following products; Per Trac, CISDM, Hedge Fund, Barclay-Hedge Fund, and Hedgefund.net Database access. The aforementioned products and electronic access shall be provided for the period of July 27, 2005 through July 26, 2006. Strategic Financial Solutions is the only known source that possesses the capability, and the historical database required by the SEC. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR Part 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely considered within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
