- RD050770090000. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1680-00-004-5323, Dress Cover Assembly, Bottom, Seat IAW Ganar Industries, Inc Cage 57688, P/N 192J0124-105; United Electric Motor Co., Inc. Cage 1VA44, P/N 8361289; and BE Aerospace Inc, Cage 83945, P/N 61289, Rev. Basic. The estimated annual demand for this contract is 1076 each. Option years 1-4. Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application Item. This item is Life Support Equipment. QCC ? FAM and QAP - 007. Surge Requirements Do Apply. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Minimum quantities ? 241 each and Maximum quantities 2040 each; Required delivery 43 days ARO, FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order: Stock Locations: Stockton, CA or New Cumberland, PA. ORIGIN Inspection is required. Notes 1 and 26 apply. 100% Set Aside for Small Business. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition, more than one source. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
