Description: Z- Tobacco Root I Trail Reconstruction - The project is located on the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, Madison Ranger District. The trail is 5.8 miles long and consists of 4.2 miles of trail construction, and 1.6 miles of trail reconstruction. Items of work are: mobilization, construction staking, clearing and grubbing, excavation, rock excavation, shallow stream fords, grade dips, rubble rock sections, turnpike, borrow, ditches, switchbacks, PE pipe, rock waterbars, three bridges, puncheon, obliteration, signs and blazing.
