Description

This project involves all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and incidentals necessary for the replacement of the water distribution system at the Powers Ranger Station. Base Bid work includes survey, utility locates, excavation, repairs, installation of waterlines and accessories, service connections, surface replacement and Option Item for the installation of new fire hydrant. The project is located on the Powers Ranger Station compound in Powers, Oregon, Rogue-River Siskiyou National Forest. Performance period will be 150 calendar days. Price Range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation documents will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about July 12, 2005. A bid bond is required. Performance and payment bonds (100 percent each) will be required after award. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system.
