Description

The USDA-NRCS is seeking sources interested in performing building construction services for the remodeling of the NRCS Service Center located at 117 North Silver, Grants, New Mexico, 87020. The work anticipated may include but shall not be limited to the following types of work. Paving of the parking area, construction of designated handicap parking, construction of handicap accessible ramps and doors, replacement of heating and cooling systems, construction of perimeter security fencing, installation of security alarm system, laying of new carpeting throughout the buildings, painting of the interior and exterior of the buildings, new eves on the buildings, ceiling repairs, sheetrock replacement or repair, complete refurbishment of the bathrooms, replace the hot water heaters, upgrade or replace the electrical system as required, upgrade landscaping, installation of energy efficieant windows, repair or replace roofs. Any party interested in this project is invited to a site showing on July 14, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.
