Description: In accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003) on the Performance of Commercial Activities, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announces the results of its A-76 Streamlined Competition in support of the Financial Reporting Services. The Streamlined Competition Form (SLCF) was completed on June 10, 2005, and discloses a decision for agency performance. Accordingly, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation with the office performing the function. The SLCF will be made available to the public upon request.
