This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-04 . This solicitation has been set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 451140. CLIN 0001: Sousaphones CONN BBb, 20KSPW Silver finish with molded case #7761. Qty of 4 each. Delivered to USPFO-NE Supply Center, 2950 North Park Road, Lincoln, NE 68524 no later than October 15, 2005. The following FARS are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (lowest price on items requested); 52.212-3, Offe rors Representations & Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms & Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms & Conditions Needed to Implement Statutes on Executive Orders-Commercial Items; 52.247-34, FOB-Destination.
