Description

NOTE: This is an amendment of previous notice dated 20 May 2005. Contractor shall provide administrative support services for Digital Imaging Network Patient Archiving and Communications Systems (DINPACS) for the USA-MEDDAC-AK, Bassett Army Communi ty Hospital (BACH), Fort Wainwright, Alaska and surrounding area clinics. This acquisition will be accomplished using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. This procurement is not restricted and shall be solicited as full and open competitio n. The NAICS Code is 811219 and the related small business size standard is $6.0 M.????This requirement will be for a one-year base period beginning 1 Oct 2005 and four one-year option periods.???THE GOVERNMENT WILL ISSUE THIS SOLICITATION THROUGH THE INT ERNET ONLY. Notification of any changes/and or amendments to the solicitation will be made on the internet. Solicitation documents shall be available on or about 25 July 2005. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the s olicitation package.???? Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/ database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.??? ?
