Description

This is not a solicitation. USAID and Department of State (DoS)are solicitating vendor responses to the Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only. This RFI will not result in a contract award. The USAID reserves the right to terminate this process if the needs of the USAID/DoS change. Responding to this notice does not guarantee participation in future USAID/DoS activities. USAID/DoS is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought. In order to be considered for future acquisition activities for JAAMS, all interested parties must: 1. submit the vendor self assessment; 2. submit additional information that addresses the RFI Section 2.2 Additional Information; and 3. participate in a three hour session to present their approach, recommended solution and a product overview demonstration. Instructions for this RFI are posted in the attachment entitled JAAMS RFI 6-20-05.doc. Attachment A to the document is the PSIP Dictionary and Attachment B is the JAAMS Requirements Vendor Assessment Workbook. The updated attachments include yellow highlights to help the vendor quickly ascertain where the changes were made. The updated changes for the JAAMS PSIP Vendor Assessment (excel spreadsheet) are italicized. The vendor response date was modified. [Updated Attachments will be posted]
