Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the complete modernization of passenger elevators #3 and #4, to include car and group controllers, upgraded cabs, signal fixtures and refurbishment of all related hoistway equipment; and provide a complete upgrade of passenger elevators #5, #6, #8 and #9 and related fixtures at the Dirksen Senate Office Building, located at 1st St. & Constitution Ave., N.E. Washington, DC. NOTE: Request for the solicitation package must be made via FAX (by dialing Area Code 202/225-3221). Mark the request attention ?Chris Lindsay? and be sure request is on company letterhead containing address, telephone and return FAX numbers and contact person. This solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically on or by July 12, 2005. The solicitation will be available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance. Interested parties are encouraged to download the electronic version, as this will eliminate lost time incurred when a hard copy of the solicitation is mailed.
