PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: HSCG40-05-Q-40772 This acquisition is subject to Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award procedures of FAR Parts13.106-1, 13.106-2, and 13.106-3 apply. The United States Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to procure the following services: Temporary Lodging for displaced cutter crew members during periods of non-habitability while their cutter is dry-docked for repairs. Facility shall be within 10 miles of 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226 Contractor must be capable of nominating no less than two facilities (one as a backup in case of a sell-out) A requirements type contract is contemplated with a base plus four (4) one year option periods. Additional hotel minimum requirements will be stated in the solicitation. A solicitation will be released on or about July 6, 2005.
