Description
Solicitation for NSN: 1650-00-286-2229 / PR # RD051250010000, ADAPTER-CAP, CONSTANT SPEED DRIVE. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item; please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are TRANSDIGM INC, CAGE 79326, KAISER AEROSPACE AND ELECTRONIC CORP, CAGE 86831, and PTI TECHNOLOGIES INC, CAGE 05228. Any manufacturer, other than an approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package; (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1 year base period and 4 option years. The estimated annual demand is 192 units. The required delivery schedule is 100 DARDO. Deliveries may be made to any location within the continental United States. FOB is Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 12. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 2 each ? 30 Days ARO / 2 each ? 60 Days ARO / 2 each 90 Days ARO / 2 each ? 120 Days ARO / 2 each ? 150 Days ARO / 2 each ? 180 Days ARO. Offerors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
