Description: USDA/ARS, Soybean/Maize Germplasm Genetics Pathology Research Unit, Urbana, IL Location is in need of a Thermocycler and 96V Well Alpha engine for use in Dr. Glen L. Hartman's Research Facility. This instrument will be used for research to amplify primers for research on pathogen variability and host genetics. Minimum Requirements Specifications should meet or exceed the following: 1. Two blocks of 96 wells and two of 384 wells 2. Temperature range of 0 - 105 degrees centigrade 3. Temperature accuracy plus or minus 0.3 degrees centigrade 4. Ethernet communication Please provide any warranty information and estimated shipping costs with your quotation.
