Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Data Connection Corporation, 12007 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 250, Reston, Virginia 20191-1480. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The purpose of this procurement is to provide maintenance for the DC Directory Master Entries from Data Connection Corporation. Data Connection Corporation is the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is twelve months. A Justification for Other than full and Open Competition is on file. The award shall be made using simplified acquisition procedures.
